Continuing on about exams, the next one I had was math on Monday morning. Hussein wasn't here on Friday so I brought his present again to give it to him. Once I was near the hall, I saw him and was gonna hide it from him because I wanted to give it after the exam with everyone who chipped in. So, I tried to just walk past them while saying hi but as I did, David N asked Hussein if he'd gotten my present yet, which wrecked the surprise :P David didn't know so I just walked up to him and hit him on the arm. I also had to give Hussein his present because well, he knew now. Geh, the surprise was wrecked, but all was good.
Speaking of the exam, I'm just gonna say I flunked it pretty badly. I got in there, went through it once, then another time to do all that I could. After doing that again, there was nothing I could do anymore, and so I checked my answers and that I'd answered it the most I could. Three times. I then went through and filled out the no. of booklets and stuff for example before sitting there and pondering if I should leave early. After a few minutes I decided I couldn't do anything more and gave up. There was still about 40mins left. I wasn't sure what to do and it'd become a habit to talk to Mrs Cocoran after the exam so I went to see her and talk. We ended up talking about various things until the exam finished so we went to see the others. It seems I wasn't the only one who had a difficult time with the exam. I waited until Becky came out so that I could talk to her. I wanted to hang out after having all those exams because I had a break until Physics on the 3rd Friday. She said sure but suggested going the next day instead because she was going somewhere then. So yeah, we decided to go to Hornsby!
So I lied to my parents and told them I was going to the library. Which worked. I walked down to the station and part of the way there, I encountered a freaky person. I was just walking on one side of the street and on the other side, the guy had just turned the corner and waved at me. In all honesty, I didn't know this person. As I kept walking, he was on the other side and kept looking back, which freaked the shits out of me. So, as soon as I could, I ducked behind a car. And stayed there. He soon crossed the road, which he kept turning back as well and so I moved to the other side of the car to stay out of view. When I didn't see him anymore I stood up but still didn't want to walk past there. Thankfully I was right near the bus stop and the bus just came so I got the bus down to the station, which was only like 4-5 stops. Who cares, I was scared.
I went down to the station and waited for Becky. At least I wasn't late this time :P She arrived later and we caught the train to Hornsby. We had to change trains 2 because there wasn't a direct route but it was fun, and I went to an area which I'd never been to before. We arrived there and I went through the gates before Becky, she'd left her ticket somewhere and couldn't find it. I was just standing there laughing my head off while she was looking for it, which she eventually found between two bills. So we got out of there, and walked to the Westfields. Outside was a cool fountain, and because I wanted to check it out, we walked around it see what it was like. Turns out it was a sun dial and that it rings on the hour. Too bad it was half past.
So we went inside and went to the ABC shop. We were gonna to to T2 but noone was in there and the ABC shop was next door. Becky had to buy something for her mum and as soon as she did, we went over to T2. I hadn't known what a expect a tea store to be like but I loved it. More for the design of the store than the tea just so you know :P We went looking around and they had some tea brewed so we both tried some. I never found the value in different tea but the one I tried was really good. It was an iced tea mixture of two of their flavors and because it was so nice, Becky wanted to get both. Of course we kept looking around and she found more things she wanted to get. It interesting how she holds such a strong interest in tea. She bought the tea and then we continued on. We went to the food court next I think and as she said, they had a lot of sushi o.o Like, 4 stores in one food court. We got our food, ate and then went around more.
We got to Cotton On and stayed on their briefly. From the level we were on, we could see below and found Rubi shoes where we went downstairs to go to. We saw a Colette first and so went there, because of my obsession for accessories and because she likes it there. After looking around we went to Rubi shoes. I don't have much of an interest in shoes unless it's boots so I just wandered around, where I then found some nice charity bracelets. I got them right after Becky got her shoes and so we went to Equip or Diva next door. They were still having a sale so I looked around but didn't find anything I liked except for some headbands. We got our stuff and then went to find more shops. We passed a grocer and saw that they were selling macaroons outside in interesting flavors. We went past it though, and happened to pass a Gloria Jeans while looking for an ATM. I got a drink and then we went to the tea house connected to T2. Stupid me obviously didn't realize this when I'd bought Gloria Jeans, so I sat there while Becky was drinking the tea she'd ordered. We finished then went to the grocery from before. There was no one standing there serving the macaroons so went inside to check it out. I loved it because how they designed it was so cool! Inside we found interesting things, especially the different types of bottle shapes they had :P Becky paid and then we waited at the other counter for someone to come and serve the macaroons but no one came for a while. When the person who'd served us earlier noticed, she came over and did it instead. She gave Becky 3 extra ones because we had to wait :)
Before going home we stopped off to get some glass jars to keep Becky's tea in. We found it quickly at one of those asian stores and so got back on the train! Almost an hour later we were back. While walking, we passed the fabric store and well, found something we liked and so looked around. After that we went home and I fell asleep without waking up until 5 hours later... but yeah, good day :D
