Currently, out HSC is on Monday. 5 days away. And I still haven't started studying. I really want to kick myself for that by the way. Don't think I'm not regretting it. Well, at least I'll start tomorrow, if studying at the library with Becky will help me at all.
So, today. Typical day for me recently. I woke up around 1, having failed to sleep early yesterday and sleeping as 6am instead. Smart. My sister had gone to school, and my parents had left, because they had a prior appointment. I had breakfast, with was just toast and condensed milk because if my sister or my mum aren't around, I'm don't care about eating or not. Nor do I care what I eat. Then I proceeded to waste my time on my laptop until my sister came home around 2:40. Mind you, I did plan to study, but I'm an expert at procrastinating and distracting myself. I should get paid for that cause I'm so good at it. Haha no. Well, I tried to scare her but well, she doesn't get scared of anything, unlike me. I sat back down and she gave me some stuff. It turned our to be 2 letter and a package. It surprised me because I never get anything. Ever. Well, the letters were from UTS and USYD, which kind of freaked me out. I was also happy to receive both though. UTS's letter was an invitation to their information evening for both my parents, and me. I really want to go, but the thing is, it's in the city, and it's from 6-8. Woop-de-doo. My parents don't even let me go to the city by myself, let along at night. I'll find some way to go, it's UTS and I loooooooove it there.
The next letter, was from USYD. I pretty much knew what it was about but I was scared which result it was. I had applied for E12, under Visual Arts, and had gone to the Portfolio development day as well as the interview (my first one ever and was nerve-wracking). Why did I apply for Visual Arts? Because I used to want to be a Graphic/Web Designer. Still do, but only partially. That and when I work with Google, I want to work in programming and design because I like my options to be broad and I think having multiple skills is a good thing. So yeah, opening the letter was kind of freaky, as I didn't want to be rejected. But you know what? I got it! I was approved but to get into the course, I have to meet their set condition. But it was still good news! I talked to my sister about itfor a bit and then continued on with my day. And I ended up being very unproductive. Well, hopefully going to the library tomorrow will be productive. But before that, I'll b heading to school to tell Mrs Cocoran the good news! And Mrs Manion, they both helped me a lot.
Oh, and this is just venting my frustrations because I'm trying to get a group present for a friend who's birthday is coming up but why won't you freaking reply David??? I need your help to see who is gonna chip in but why won't you reply??????
