Hello. It's been a week, and during that time, my HSC has started. Well, maybe not for me, because mine actually started long ago when I had my 2 Japanese exams, and as and Art student, my Body of Work was also due quite some time ago.
Well, Monday saw the start of this exam period with English Paper 1. It of course sucked. Unseen texts, creative response and and essay on belonging. Well, it's done at least. After the exam though, I had to talk to the BOS people and so was standing there waiting with Mrs Cocoran, when I suddenly felt the blood drain from my face. I thought I'd gone pale and so I asked Miss and she said I looked very pale, which she then proceeded to tell me to sit down. While waiting for her it happened again, which kinda freaked me out. I had to walk home afterwards so I was slightly paranoid of fainting on the way home.... Miss did offer to drive me but I refused because I didn't want to trouble her.
Wednesday was English Paper 2. 3 essays urgh. So freaking terrible.. Well afterwards, everyone seemed to cheer up :D Some of us stood outside L Block for a bit before some of us decided to go down to Cheso. I tagged along with Nam and Michael(?), and Becky went with us on her way home. We made our way to go get sushi where we well.. saw Sefton. No thanks, I'd rather not, but too bad, life never seems to like me. Well, we ordered and then sat to eat. Once Michael finished, he left to catch the train. Then Nam and me decided to just walk back. We quickly reached school but I was having fun talking and well, I didn't want to go by myself so I made him come along :D We went up to the library cause that's where we assumed everyone was, and we found pizza! Haha Miss Sullivan ordered pizza apparently and we came back at just the right time :) Despite wanting to go home, I ended up staying and just hanging out with the people present.
I studied at the school library on Thursday. Biology was the next day, and Nam had suggested studying so I took up on that offer. I though it was just each of us studying but it turned to be that it was actually to help me because I was struggling with pretty much all my subjects, but he could help me with this one so he did. We studied there until almost 5, because the school library stayed open till then. Michael was around too, but at one point he went to get math help. At another point, Mrs. Cocoran even came and gave us chocolates xD Nam's way of teaching was really easy to understand and it helped a lot. We burnt out and kept getting distracted so we stopped and then went home, though he gave me notes to help me study :)
Friday was the biology test D: I'd only gotten about 2 hours of sleep and I hadn't even gone through the last two topics. Plus it was a morning test so I was feeling pretty terrible. So, that morning I got to school a bit earlier and sat their studying. I was with Kendy and Dong so they were studying in Viet, which I did understand but still found it weird cause I wasn't used to hearing Viet in this context. I sat there trying to go through my notes, and also had to because careful of Hussein's birthday present which I'd brought along. When I saw Becky and Amber, I went over to them and attempted to continue studying. Didn't work so I stopped, and Ms Baker had come around giving everyone chocolates anyway. We got into the exam, and it finished pretty quickly. Afterwards, everyone just left and didn't want to stay so I left too cause there was nothing to do. It's not like I wanted to deal with math either.
Okay, so it's been sitting in my drafts for a week, which means what happened was well, 2 weeks ago about. Meh, I just wanted to get it out there so yeah.
